Locked out from June 28th, 2010 to August 2nd, 2011.
Re-entry.... What a ride...
By now, it's pretty safe to say that we've had our taste of the "re-entry". Larry Smith's train has left the station and no one really knows who's steering. One thing is painfully obvious.... Larry lied. Here is just a short list.
What they said: "The past is the past. We'll move forward together."
What they meant: We want you to forget the past. Forget all of our lies. Forget what we did to your families. BUT, we won't forget. We will fire everyone that took a stand against us
What they meant: "We've made improvements throughout the plant to help us meet our goals."
What they meant: We fixed ONE THING the whole time you were out! One ore dryer feed screw, that you told us for years needed to be fixed. We finally fixed it.
What they said: "We've made better production than ever."
What they meant: We couldn't wait for the experienced work force to come back. We were struggling to make 30% of our capacity. Since re-entry, the UNION workforce has made ALL TIME RECORD production.
What they said: "We've added new engineers and salary personnel to help meet our goals."
What they meant: We now enough engineers to design a space shuttle, but only the combined intelligence to design the seat belts.
What they said: "Shaw is the safest contractor in the nuclear industry."
What they meant: These are the dumbest scabs that we could find. Rejects from full-time, steady employment! Many of them don't scab because they want to. They do it because they are too stupid to get any other type of job. Fast food would likely turn them away.
